A ball-shaped tumour (2 cm of size) in duodenal wall close to duodeno-jejunal junction (at the site of Treitz’s ligament) in 47-year old man.

Primary mucosal melanoma of duodenum
Giant ulcer (4 cm in diameter) of distal duodenum (D4) in a 51-year old man. Base of ulcer is necrotic, margins are callous infiltrated by tumour.

Satellite involvement
Tumorous infiltration of jejunal wall with central ulceration.

Small ball-shaped tumour
Tumor 1 cm in diameter localized in jejunal wall (25 cm far from the ligament of Treitz) is a satellite of melanoma.
