Crohn´s disease.
Balloon dilatation of tight jejunal fibrotic stenosis. The view inside the dilataton balloon (the endoscope is tight to the balloon, water immersion is between the scope and balloon to be possible to follow the course of dilatation). The wire going through the balloon is seen in the middle of the bowel lumen. Small laceration of the mucosa is marked with arrowhead.
